Privacy Policy — Pura Media FZCO

Who is collecting your information

This landing page is operated by Pura Media FZCO ("we", "us", "our") on behalf of MD Driveways Ltd (referred to below as "the Driveway contractor").

We collect your enquiry details directly through this form and pass them to the Driveway contractor, who will contact you to arrange your quote.

Pura Media FZCO is the controller for the initial collection and handling of your data. Once your details are passed to the Driveway contractor, they are responsible for how they use your information to respond to your enquiry.

What information we collect

When you submit this form or book a quote visit, we collect the following information, where provided:

• Your name
• Phone number and/or email address
• Property address or postcode
• Details of the driveway and landscaping work you're enquiring about
• The date/time you selected for a quote visit, if you book one
• Technical data such as IP address and how you interacted with the ad/page, used for ad performance measurement

Why we collect it

We use this information to:

• Pass your enquiry to the Driveway contractor so they can contact you and arrange your quote visit
• Confirm and manage any appointment you book through this page
• Measure and improve the performance of the advertising campaign that brought you here
• Comply with legal or regulatory obligations where relevant

Our lawful basis for processing

• Consent — for passing your enquiry to the Driveway contractor and for them contacting you about it
• Legitimate interests — for basic ad performance measurement (Meta pixel/conversions data), on the basis this doesn't override your rights and freedoms
• Contract/pre-contract steps — where processing is necessary to respond to your quote request

Who we share your information with

We share your enquiry — name, contact details, property information, and details of the work requested — with the Driveway contractor named above, so they can contact you directly.

We do not sell or share your details with any other driveway or landscaping company.

We also share information with service providers who help us run this campaign, limited to what is needed for their role:

• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — for ad delivery and performance measurement
• GoHighLevel — our CRM/scheduling platform, used to route and manage your enquiry
• Zapier — for delivering and routing enquiry details
• Microsoft Teams — for notifying the team of new enquiries
• Google Sheets — for recording and managing enquiries
• Lovable Cloud — for hosting and operating this website

These providers process data on our behalf under their own data processing terms and are contractually required to keep it secure.

How long we keep your information

We retain enquiry data for 12 months from the date of submission, after which it is deleted or anonymised, unless a longer period is required by law.

The Driveway contractor's own retention of your data after receiving it is governed by their arrangements with us and, where applicable, their own privacy notice.

Your data protection rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Ask us to delete your information
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent at any time (this won't affect processing that already happened before withdrawal)
• Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you're unhappy with how your data has been handled

To exercise any of these rights regarding data we hold, contact us using the details below.

If your query relates to how the Driveway contractor has used your data after receiving it from us, you may need to contact them directly.
